Patricia Ann Bitterman

Age 87 of Chesaning passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 29, 2021 at St. Peter Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Martin Chapel in Chesaning on Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Patricia was born on June 18, 1933 to Thomas and Julia (Wojtkowiak) Lynch in Gaylord, Michigan. She married Bernard Bitterman on June 13, 1953. They Celebrated 45 years of marriage before he predeceased her on April 19. 1999.

During her life, Patricia was employed by General Motors for 25 years. She enjoyed painting, crocheting, polka music and dancing. She was a fan of the Detroit Tigers and a life long resident of Chesaning. Patricia was a member of the Red Hat Society, the American Legion and the Michigan Club in Florida.

Patricia is survived by her children Kathleen Zervan, Christine Bitterman, Noreen Ruthig, Timothy (Sharee) Bitterman, Nancy (Ron Baker) Laman, Dan Bitterman; 12 grand children; 9 great grandchildren; Her sister Rosemary (Norm) Bow.

She is predeceased by Her parents; Loving Husband Bernard; Son David Bitterman; Granddaughter Nicole Laman and Brother Mike Bitterman.

The Family would like to thank all those who have helped with her care though the years.
