Madeline Emma Klopp
Beloved wife, mother, and grandmother went home to meet our Lord on Friday, January 20, 2017 at age 91.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Nelson-House Funeral Homes Martin Chapel on Sunday, January 22 from 2:00 to 5:00pm and on Monday, January 23 from 2:00 to 8:00pm with a Wake Service at 7:00pm.
Madeline… was born on February 9, 1925 to Agnes and William Schultz. She married Samuel Klopp on June 14, 1947, and they celebrated 60 years of marriage. Madeline and Samuel had two daughters, Edith and Laura, and one granddaughter, Amy.
Madeline enjoyed meeting people, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. She will be dearly missed by her family.
Madeline is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Ernest Beckman, her granddaughter Amy Beckman, as well as many nieces and nephews.
She is predeceased by her husband, Samuel; her daughter, Edith; her four sisters, Agnes Carr, Dorothy Reardon, Geraldine Stapels, and Bernadine Driscoll; and her brother, William Schultz.
